I have a couple of CM systems which were upgraded from older systems. Both have the outgoing long distance going out over a 24 channel T1 set up as "Tie" type. The facilities' leaders would like to have the phone number show on outgoing calls. Is it possible?

I don't believe CM can control the outbound ANI unless the circuits are PRI's. We had "plain" T-1's and I was not able to setup the public-unknown-numbering table in CM which allows individuals' numbers to display on outbound calls. Once we switched over to PRI's, I am able to set that table up.Your carrier for the long distance circuits should be able to setup a single phone number for all outgoing calls but without PRI's, I think that's all you will be able to get. -
Calling Party Number for Non- ISDN digital trunks
Yes, Calling party number can be sent over Non- ISDN digital trunks.
You need ask your provider for R2MFC CAS trunks. Not sure if these kind of trunks are being used in North America or not.
