One of our customers has migrated from Alcatel to Communication Manager. In the Alcatel system, he was using the Ringback last caller feature which allowed the user after dialing a feature code to call back the last party that called him (kind of missed call on analog phones).
The Automatic Callback can help but the caller has to enable it and the user has to make a call before calling back the last caller (callback on no answer).
I did not find any equivalent feature in CM.
Any idea is appreciated.
