Since we upgraded to version 8.1 we have issues every time we add a new user. When we add the new user, assign a DID and merge the changes it will still show as a no user in system status. Even if we delete the user > merge the changes > re-add, it still shows as a no user. This occurs even when the x-connect is done correctly. In order to make that particular user work we have to reboot IP Office. Once we reboot, the user then appears correctly in status and the extension works. Is this a bug??

Hello,
When adding a new user it should be a simple create. from the sound of it you are not using Manager to create the new user. Please try and use IP Office Manager to create the user and see if the problem persists, if it does then you should raise a service request into the support team. If it does not then the application you are using is the cause and you should contact the vendor or supplier of this.
