    Software Update Manager

    Been messing with Software update manager and it seems to work well. I have a few different locations with remotes in there and no issues but recently I tried adding another location and its remotes. Network Management Console discovers the new location and updates the map but software update manager does not see the TN cards. It sees everything else. I am using Integrated Management 5.2 with service pack 5.

    My 3.2 CM and 5.2 CMs are two locations where everything is working but I have a 4.x location that I can not see just the TN cards.

    Ideas?

    Unfortunately may be question is posted on wrong forum.. Posting it on the Contact Centre forum may help as this comes under applications domain.. Anyways looking at the problem it looks a bit complicated and might need some look in detail.. I would advise you to open a ticket with Avaya Support Services (T2/T3) under system management which looks into issues with AVAYA INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT
