Hi,
We are using CM6, MM711 and MM716 analog boards. We have analog phones equipped with display and configured as CallrID. If we call an analog phone, the caller’s number is displayed on the screen.
However, we have issues on transferred calls. The analog phone display is showing the transferring extension's number and not the call’s originator even when the transfer is completed.
If we use DCP or IP phones, the screen shows the originator’s number when the transfer is completed. This is not the case in analog caller id phones.
Note that the problem does not exist in IPO.
Am I missing any configuration here since I expect to have it work?
Thank you.
