    IPO 8.1 One-x Locks up

    Upgraded IP Office 8.0 to 8.1 and all associated software i.e. One-x, Vmail Pro, Contact store etc. One-X Portal is at 8.1.77.3. No issues prior to upgrade. Since upgrade, One-X Portal locks up every 1 to 5 days. This requires a restart of services or reboot of Server. All other functionality normal. Does anyone know if this is a known issue?

    This sounds very similar to an issue that the Backbone and CPE Teams are currently looking into. I would recommend that you raise a new Service Request for your customer.

      We are having the same issue. Switching to an application server solved the problem. But we have customers that want Windows boxes for some reason.
