I've updated a couple of 5621 IP Phones to work through our VPN from remote locations and *think* that I've followed the same procedure this time as I did a couple of years ago with them.
The 5620 boots with its current software (i20d01a2824.bin), logs into the TFTP server as it should and downloads the VPN software (i20aVPN23252.bin), but once the new software is downloaded, just comes up with the standard menu (rather than rebooting with the new software).
Is there some difference between the 5620 and 5621 that would keep it from running the VPN software, or a conflict that doesn't exist with the other two phones?
Am I missing some command in my scr that I need for the 5620 to trigger the reboot?
I've asked in a couple of other forums and read extensively online, but have found nothing promising.
