    9640 9650 ip vpn

    Help! I don't understand what's happening. I was able to enable the vpn on the 9611g and 9620c with no problem.Both phones work . Now, I am trying to enable a 9650 vpn. It wont let me do it? VPN disable. I try doing it with manager R8.0 and R8.1(52) with no success. Yes, firmware h323 3.1 sp5 46xxx.txt and 96xxvpn appears in manager files. I have change the nvvpnmode set=1 and vpnproc set=2. I am still unable to enable vpn. Yes, endpoints are in place. Help? Help?

    The 9650 is supported as a VPN telephone. Please initiate a ticket with Client Services.
