disable signaling encryption to sniff IP phone signaling

Is it possible to temporarily disable the encryption of signaling so that the protocol between IP phone and Communication Manager can be analyzed for troubleshooting purposes? We have users reporting random failures on transfer at various sites and the MST trace is too cumbersome.

Hi Rime, Regarding call signaling, The messages flowing from IP station to to CM/CLAN is thru CCMS messages ( Control Channel Message Set) which is a proprietary protocol of Avaya. This can only be seen in the MST trace and if your issue is to check failures on transfer then an MST is needed for this.
    Thanks
