    firware 5.5 and VoIP sets

    Hi all,
we have VoIP sets with firmware 5.5 (that seems to be the first which cannot be downgraded to a previous firmware version).
They actually reboot randomly 3/4 times a day and we cannot find the reason !!!
What's the matter ?? Can anyone help me ??
It's really urgent since our phone network already have about 1000 VoIP sets with 5.1 firmware and such a matter hasn't appeared so far.
Now, with new installations of VoIP sets we can't accept random reboots and firmware downgrade is not a workaround available any more!!!

Hi dmanen,What type/model of phones are having the intermittent reboot issue? For this kind of issue you may need a simultaneous bookend sniffer trace (one from call server and one from the IP phone), a syslog of the phone will also be needed and the phone is enabled in debug mode. then wait for the issue to happen with the traces enabled. I suggest you to open a case to Avaya for this issue so that it can be check further
