    Softphone end-user transfered call issues

    I am running an IP Office v5 setup w/(2) softphone users that connect by way of VPN to the IP Office.

    The softphone works well for dialed calls, and direct received calls... but if someone within the office transfers a call to a softphone extension the softphone user can hear the transferred person, but the transferee can't hear the softphone user.

    This is a chronic problem. I can replicate it every time by transferring a call from inside the office to a softphone extension.

    How can I correct this?

    If you transfer a call, in this case the person who transfer the call will disconnect from that user and only the person who is on call form previous and the extension to which you transfer can communicate.
    Let Suppose:


    A call B they are connected.
    now A transfer call to C
    then B will connect to C but A will be dropped

    Share Set type from which your call is originating and softphone version and type
    And also share Config screen shot of both Calling phone and called soft phone
