9608 ip phone

Hello all,
We recently upgraded to the ip environment and had a question about the 9608 phone.
We are only able to load call appearance buttons and feature buttons on the right side of the 1st page of the display screen. What in the settings file would I change to be able to use the right and left side buttons? S8700 6.0 CM

Hi Mark,


On the 9608 phone
Browse to Avaya menu - Options & Settings - Screen & Sound Options - Phone Screen Width - set that to HALF.

In your 46xxsettings
Please check on the parameter FBONCASCREEN
-This will allow your feature buttons to appear on the split screen.


## FBONCASCREEN specifies whether features will be displayed on the same screen as call appearances
## when the value of PHNSCRALL is 0.
## Value Operation
## 0 Features will not be displayed on the same screen as call appearances (default)
## 1 As many features as will fit will be displayed on the same screen as call appearances,
## in addition to being displayed on a separate feature screen.
## This parameter is supported by:
## 96x1 H.323 R6.0 and later
## 96x0 H.323 R3.0 and later
