You should use the lastest version of desktop messaging that is supported for Outlook 64bit. You can download CallPilot 5.1 Desktop Messaging 05.01.01.08 for www.avaya.com/espl website. This is backword compatible. Make sure to download the 64 bit version for a 64bit system.

        CallPilot

        Maybe this helps:

        login to: https://espl.avaya.com/espl/dist_menu.cfm
scroll down to find the category: "MultiMedia Applications Patch Search (Contact Center, CallPilot, etc.)" and click the "Click here: button
then fill in the search details as below (leaving the rest as the default values)

        product: CallPilot
        Platform: Desktop client
        release: any release

then in the new window, scroll to the bottom till you find the below:
        CP501_Desktop_05.01.02.06 9 (Desktop Messaging Client version 05.01.02.06)

there is a button to download

This is a direct link. it might work directly to the product download itself.

        Hope this helps
