denial event 1644 issue

Extensions 1610 and 1611 have the same issues. From cell phone, 469-269-1611 was called.
The call was then transferred to extension 1402 but the call did not actually transfer to 1402 it went on hold on extension 1610.
When the call is picked up from extension 1610 to try to completed the transfer of the call, it beeps twice and will not allow the transfer to occur.

Most of the time outside calls cannot be transferred and are lost when answered by 1610 or 1611.
Please make sure that when the line transfer issues are being fixed that we are still able to transfer the main line to 1610 at night and on the weekends.

Auto Select Any Idle Appearance " on station page if its not enable then enable it and perform the test again.
