Avaya G700 Call drop issues

We have total three G700 Chassis all connected with a S8300B server, running CM 3.0.1. it is very recent that we have start facing problems with call drops and No dial-tone, user complaint of no voice heard during the call. it is our believe it has something to do with the Hardware DSP module but we need to be very sure. the alarm that appeared on the CLI,

this was on second chassis and similarly appeared on third chassis as well. we have reset the module using the reset voip v2 command and it temporarly resolved the issue but it again reappeared after some time.
Can any one help in this problem as what actual is the reason behind this abnormal behaviour of G700.
