Multi-language files loaded during boot (1608-I / 1616-I)

Hi all,

After upgrading my IPO500V2 from Admin 8.0 to 8.1 all the 1608-I and 1616-I phones started loading all languages txt files during boot which increases the boot time significantly. Allthough our default language (Dutch) always appears after booting we would like to disable all other languages from loading during boot like it did in the past. I'm guessing we need to modify a config file for this, but can not seem to find where.
