    Europe/Moscow TimeZone

    Hi,
    Configuration:
    ========
    S8300D
    Operating system: Linux 2.6.18-128.AV07PAE i686 i686
    Built: Aug 19 04:58 2009
    Contains: 02.1.016.4
    CM Reports as: R015x.02.1.016.4
    CM Release String: S8300-015-02.1.016.4
    SP14
    02.1.016.4-20102 activated cold patch 20102 for 02.1.016.4
    ===============
    The problem is that now "Europe/Moscow" zone is UTC+4 but Avaya still uses UTC+3 and 1 hour shift.
    +++++++++++++++++++
    /usr/sbin/zdump -v "Europe/Moscow" | grep 2013
    Europe/Moscow Sat Mar 30 22:59:59 2013 UTC = Sun Mar 31 01:59:59 2013 MSK isdst=0 gmtoff=10800
    Europe/Moscow Sat Mar 30 23:00:00 2013 UTC = Sun Mar 31 03:00:00 2013 MSD isdst=1 gmtoff=14400
    Europe/Moscow Sat Oct 26 22:59:59 2013 UTC = Sun Oct 27 02:59:59 2013 MSD isdst=1 gmtoff=14400
    Europe/Moscow Sat Oct 26 23:00:00 2013 UTC = Sun Oct 27 02:00:00 2013 MSK isdst=0 gmtoff=10800
    ++++++++++++++++++++
    SP15 Release Notes keep silence on this issue.
    Any ideas how to workaround?

    Avaya does not fix it in SP15, so we can use any time zone we like without DST. GMT+4 for example or GMT-4 .
