Flare on Windows Requirements

Dears,

I'm trying to implement Flare on windows machine. It was registered to the Session Manager 6.3, but it was working only for Voice. If tried to make a video call, I'm getting the below message

"your extension is not licensed for video, do you want to proceed with voice only"
While I'm having the license below in CM

Maximum Video Capable Stations: 41000 0
Maximum Video Capable IP Softphones: 60 17 (17 used out of 60)
CM license is Enterprise

Some body advised me that you need to make sure that (AST) value is check on the registration page of System Manager, because if not check, there will be a miss configuration.

I need to know what are the Servers required (example: is it necessary to have a presence server? If yes, can we make use of the one embeded on the System Manager or it should be implemented on an external server ?) in addition to the licenses.

Do we have a simple straightforward document including all of mentioned above?

You need to enable the IP video softphone in the extention options via SMGR not SAT
