IP Phone 9621 Unable to set PROCSTAT to 0

Hello team

We have a very annoying situation with some 9621 sets. They were setup through 46xxsettings file with VPN mode enabled and PROCSTAT set to 1 (craft disabled). The phones work perfect outside the LAN, however, some sets were actually for the LAN and when plug into the LAN they still try to connect to the VPN and don't even try to load the 46xxsetting file again, they don't even try to contact the http server for settings. So, the set cannot be used in the LAN and the flash memory cannot be set to factory default.

Is there any workaround for this situation?

Workaround found

We found a workaround. Quite simple indeed: manually disable the VPN.

Quite embarrassing we didn't thought about that before.
