CM 5.2 SP10 - Crisis alerting

Hi there
Problem: No crisis alerting received on station with crss-alert button ...based of the number defined as alrt in ARS.

0 is the ARS FAC
684638059 is defined in ARS analysis as alrt
When a user dials 0684638059, station with crss-alert button gets an alarm.

When
101 - length 4 is defined in dialplan as ARS
1014 is defined in ARS analysis as alrt
When a user dials 1014, station with crss-alert button gets NO alarm.

Does the alrt number have to start with the ARS FAC ???
