Hi I am New to the Avaya IP OFFICE group. I am having a problem Paging in my company it varies but somtimes the system cuts off the person talking and other times it works okay. I just want to make sure I have it setup correctly on the Avaya side and then I can work with the other vendor that has my paging device. On my old partner system it worked flawlessly. Also I need to setup when someone transfers to a extension and goes to voicemail that they can hit 0 and return to the operator. I have many more questions but and I don't know if they is some good training info out there or just have to use the manuel and the forums.
