OSPC showing internal call for external calls

I am facing an issue, that OSPC console showing internal call for any external calls on the calling card screen.

please advice me how to solve this issue.

The detection of internal and external calls is a known issue in OSPC 2.51.005
where 1XAttd 3.01 provides improvements (the length of calling party number
[provided in the display message] or specific display contents).

Can we use the new version with same license,

I am facing one another issue as well wil OSPC. It giving me sound disturbance when the operator got calls in queue.

We are using OSPC in Raod Warrier mode.
