CM 6.2 with Okasi CAS CDR---> the account codes/auth codes are not being displayed in the SMDR stream....how to get the account codes displayed in the SMDR output?

It depends upon the "Primary Output Format" on the "system-parameters cdr" screen on whether an account or authorization code will be part of the CDR record. Please see the information starting on page 435 of the Feature Description and Implementation document at:
If you are using a format that supports an authorization or account code, you will need to submit a ticket with Client Services. -
I submit a ticket with avaya, but they are saying this is not breakfix issue and its configuration issue so thy wont support on this. For me the configuration looks ok but dont know where is the issue. Yes, Sometimes it shows the auth code in the cdr report and sometimes not.
