    Avaya 9620L H.323 mute button problem

    Hi guys

    I've got a problem with a 9620 H.323 mute button problem.

    The phone was working ok with SIP firmware, however the customer wants to be an H.323 phone, so I converted the phone, but the mute button doesn't work. Then I upgraded the phone firmware and the 46xxx settings to the latest one available in the avaya support webpage (3.2.0) and nothing seems to solve the problem.

    The customer have the Avaya midsize solution 6.2. The're running CM 00.1.510.1.

    Any ideas?

    How many phones got problem? Does the mute button does not respond when clicked?

    Mute Button Enabled? y

    Is your mute button enabled on the phone? I think you want to check that option.

      Yes, the button doesn't respond when I want to mute while I'm in a call.

      The client only wants to have two H.323 telephones, so I have the problems with them.

      Where do I can find "Mute Button Enabled? y"?

      Is this in the 46xxxsettings file?

        That feature you will find on station feature. Make display station command on ASA. you will find that parameter on first page
