    PRI Disconnection withG430 Gateway

    I have installed S8300 server on G430 gateway with CM 5.2.1.

    The isssue is the call will disconnect(All the channel wiill disconnect) while we are on call. There is no further hardware alarms or nothing showing on the system. exept getting a network failure on CM deniel event.

    Guys do anybody has this issue, i have replaced it with G450 it seems it working fine.

    Hi,

    This needs deeper troubleshooting for which an AVAYA Support Ticket should be opened. There can be various causes of what you faced with G430.
    It can be even a service provider issue as well where it tells AVAYA to drop all the calls for a moment due to the network congestion at their end.
    It can very well be the issue with that specific G430 as well and another G430 would not cause a similar issue.
    Sometimes such all calls drop due to the bandwidth issues at the service provider end though the bandwidth is available at G430 end.

    A detailed troubleshooting is required where an AVAYA Backbone Engineer can login to the system, see the errors / events and also set some high level traces to identify what exactly is causing the problem

    So again, as I mentioned above, I would recommend a formal AVAYA Support Troublesooting ticket to be raised and send it to AVAYA Backbone team with all the basic issue information and system details.
