SM SIP phone cannot dial operator console 9

Hi All,
Need some advice on below issue.
MES 6.2 , 96xx SIP phone registered to SM. I can make calls from SIP phones to H.323 phones and vice-versa. The only issue i have is to dial operator console 9 from SIP phone. I get error 4xx route not found. I have entry for 9 in dial pattern like for other H.323 phones.
Is there any setting in 46xxsetting file? Or any other suggestions i can check.

Gagan i think you need to create the dial plan with 9 in the session manager pointing to CM. then this will work with SIP phone as well.
