Can someone please tell me why a new IP phone can't be programmed in Element Manager, but can be using Command Line Interface. The virtual loop is 112 and TN's 112-0-0-0 through to 112-0-1-31 are programmed (64 in total). It's a CSE1000 rls 5.5 Thank you in advance

In 5.5 the Phone link and BCC web service was only available via the ECM...

Note: The Phones link (BCC) can only be accessed through ECM.
ECM is Installed on top of Linux Base... once you install 5.5 Linux base and deploy ECM, you will get the Phone BCC link access...
