Hi, I have a requirement to auto-log in multiple agents who are using IP endpoints. These stations require the IP Softphone setting set to YES so I cannot use the AAS (Auto available skill) function. Does anyone know another way around this. Avaya CM 6.2. SP3. Thanks.

I checked with our Remote Configuration Helpline team at +1 800 225 7585, and there were unaware of any such function that would allow this, they did also indicate that AAS should never be used with live agents as it can cause some bad things that most customers don't want to see. For more detailed information I would recommend calling them.Joe Ashley
