“75 percent of enterprises that do not perform a pre- implementation analysis of their IP network infrastructure will fail to achieve a successful VoIP implementation” – still think you don’t need a Network Readiness Assessment? Tell me why?

Interesting statistic. Could this be an over-generalization?
Can you view SMB, Mid-Market, Large Enterprises all within the same definition of "successful VoIP implementation"?
Aren't pre-implementation analyses criteria different depending on the network type, traffic mix, and size?
Shouldn't we have different statistics for each customer category?

Hey Roberto - you're probably right. This is a generic stat from a Gartner poll. But surely, any enterprise, be it large or small, has to make certain that the road is good for traffic? VoIP is VoIP - small companies, mid sized companies and large companies all use the phone in the same way; to speak through. How the solution is implemented (the methodology of implementation) needs to be similar, right? You need to have the same toolbox with the same tools - just maybe different sizes?
