Twinning call with no voice.

    Twinning call with no voice.

    Call rings desk phone and cell phone as intended. when answering twinned call on cell no voice and when picked up at desk phone, voice sounds normal. IP office is using SIP trunks.

    RTP keepalives was the answer on System/Lan1/Voip. All working.

        I am having the same issues but I dont quit understand how to correct the issue

          On the LAN port that is used for your SIP trunk - go to the VoIP tab, Scroll down to the box for Keepalives, and change the setting in the drop down box for Scope to RTP, probably change Initial keepalives to tEnabled, and set a Periodic timeout other than 0
