Hi all,
I encountered a problem and would like to have your comments.
Scenario:
One CM V6.2 with multi-sites installation, for each site there are local trunk lines which used for local extension's outbound calls, "ars analysis x location x" for the router-pattern select local trunk group.
"ip-network-map" is used to define IP address range of different network region.
location 1, IP phone ext 1001234, network-region 1, trunk group 1;
location 2, IP phone ext 2001234, network-region 2, trunk group 2;
in ext 1001234, configure "bridged call appearance" of 2001234.
Problem:
Ext "1001234" log on in location 1, and when user press the bridged line"2001234" and dial "9+external number " , system will select "trunk group 1" since the IP phone's ip address is in location 1 network-region.
How can we configure to allow system selects trunk group 2 for this call? Which means system will judge the caller ext number as the criteria instead of location (network region) ?
thank you.
