    How to deactivate the Kenel Patch for S8300?

    I would like to remove the kenel patch, but the status shows for this patch was "activating" even though I restart the system.

    Can anyone help on this?

    I have seen this problem. Please involve Avaya Tier3 to get this issue resolved.
