How to identify Conferance Calls on CDR

Hi,

We are having AVAYA RDTT installed

If we are making confernace calls; Call Details are coming on the RDTT interface on seperate lines for each conferance parties.

So if i am making two conferance at a time with three parties in each conferance call; CDR will give us 6 lines on RDTT, i am not able to identify which lines belongs to which conf call.

Please advice if anyone knows this

Response for finding conference calls on CDR

Hi,

Please use customized CDR (can be changed on first page of "change system-parameters cdr") and select ucid as a parameter. If you have UCID enabled on your system (see system parameters features), then you can identify the legs of one conference call using UCID.
