Reset Login-ID session has a command conflict

I have trouble resetting my session in ASA. When I do "reset login-id xx" it says "list directory /annc board 11A04" has a command conflicts".

The problem started when my wifi connection is disconnected. After the network has been restored, I cannot do change commands.

    Please help everyone.

    resetting the system

One hard solution is to "save trans all" to save all the translations and then restart the communication manager. this is service effecting, nevertheless, it will clear the hung sessions

alternatively, please contact Avaya services team and raise a ticket. from the Linux prompt the SAT session may be cleared. this does not require a system reset.
You may raise a ticket online as well on http://support.avaya.com

killing the session from Linux requires sroot login and Linux expertise.

      Questions

which version of Avaya aura communication manager do you have?
which change command are you exactly trying to run and you get the error message?

change/add/remove commands work even if the list direct command is being used.
