VM Pro Greeting

Good Afternoon!

I have an extension that I need to be able to set a VM greeting on that disconnects after the greeting. Is this possible? We set weather alerts for employees to call in and get updates, but we don't want them leaving any messages. We have tried delaying after the message about 10 seconds, but messages are still being left. Any ideas?

If you are in Intuity mode, log into the mailbox, press 5 for Personal Options, then 7 for Call Answer options. Press 1 to disable the caller being able to leave a message.

It would depend on what voicemail you are using. If you are using IP Office Voicemail Pro then it is you could customize the leave mail callflow for that user.
