ASA find unused extensions not shown all ranges

    Hello

i have an issue with the ASA Find unused extensions.
We have a extension range from 1000 to 6999 on our system.

When i use the find unused extensions function it will not show the 5xxx range all other ranges will be displayed.

Does somebody has an idea what could be wrong?

    cheers

Also, what´s your CM version and SP?.

    Thanks!

      Hi,

ASA is 5.2.13 SP4.01 and tried also 6.0.07 SP1.01 with the same problem.
      CM is 5.2.1 with SP1.

System was upgraded from CM 3 to CM 5.2.1.

      cheers

Hi, you have to install SP5.

Here is the link to doanload Service Pack 5 for ASA 5.2:

Your issue has been reported on previous releases.

Please rollback to 5.2 and install that SP.

        Thanks!

        Juan

          Thanks,

but the problem was not the ASA itself. Under Uniform Dialing plan there was an entry 5 and this caused the problem.

          cheers
