Hi we are installing some Mitel dealer turrets which link back to the Avaya CM via a Qsig trunk.
The end user & turret provider require any unaswered call to go to voice mail. The voicemail in question is the Modular Messaging which is integrated to the CM via a SIP trunk and the integration type and PBX in MM is set to Avaya SIP.
All good so far, however to light the lamps on the turrets we need to use DTMF ( fetaure codes) of #87 to light a lamp and #88 for WMI off.
So I am stuck as to how we get these lamps to operate when a message is left for a turret user which then goes over the Qsig link then to the MM as MM can only have one integration set.
