Configuring TAC for outgoing call with different calling restriction

I have recently migrated one site to AVAYA CM 6.3.Previously they were using Siemens HiPath. Previously they use 9 for PRI and 0 for Trunks with different calling restrictions. Now I need to make the same changes on AVAYA PaBX. I can define 9 and 0 on both trunks TAC seperately but how will I impose ARS restrictions through TAC.
