Have a 9640 phone that only displays "incoming call" when someone dials ext - does not show callers name and number. Tried calling another ext (9640 set) in area and its display correctly, showing callers name and number. Checked programming on both and cannot see any difference. Is there anything else to check to get the 9640 to stop showing "incoming call" and instead show callers name and number? Thanks
