Dropped calls going out to PSTN

CM 6.0 I'm getting dropped calls mid conversation going out PRI's on my cm. Most all calls are from IP stations, I have multiple locations, sending calls out different media-gateways, and different PRI's. I've not found any common thing that could be a root cause. No errors on PRI's, clans, IPSI, or med pro's. No alarms or warning alarms related to drops. When running list trace on a phone and call drops I get a generic disconnect error. Please help!

    Good day,

Its difficult to say what is going on, If the internal calls (extension to extension) does not have any issue, then the Best approach is to run a MST on the ISDN trunk and see if service provider is dropping the call or if its is CM.

    Regards

You can test the DS! board for errors and also check for slips , try also list meas ds1-f sum , this should give you some information on if its system related

I've done many different MST traces, Reset medpro cards, seem to be getting a lot of ISDN denial events, but the ISDN circuits are clean with no errors. MST traces on Dchannels show the same denial events as list trace. Does 1858 denial events in a day seem high? I have 3 port networks and about 2200 stations right now, with 7 LSP's connected. In the process of migrating an additional 2000 stations. Any feedback is helpful.
