Hi All

I have avaya 500v2 version 7.0 and using vm pro. How to incoming call forward mobile ?

our using analog trunk line only one line . All incoming call go to mobile phone how to configure ?

You can put the mobile number in the Incoming Call Route as the destination

You can create a User that is forwarded to the mobile number, and make that user the destination of the ICR

You can make that forwarded User the only member of a sequential hunt group, and make that the Night Service fallback group for the Main group, and add a NS button to a phone.

However, if you only have ONE analog line connecting to the outside world, the only thing you can do is get Call Forwarding service from the phone company. You need at least TWO lines to have the call come IN to the IP Office system, and OUT to the mobile phone on the 2nd line.
