Cant pickup a call

Hello,

help me please, i suddenly get stuck, i cant pick up incoming call while the phone is ringing. (there is not was any changes in configuration). In what can be the problem?

p.s. Avaya s8300/g700. Connection with CO - analog lines.

Hello,

does this issue happen only when the call is coming in via the CO trunk ? , you can verify this via your phone display.

this will need some log analysis or we need to try changing the trunk timer's . If you can give me the CM version , Gateway and board firmware , i can check if there are any known issue
