Select Route Pattern Based On Extension Range

Hello,

My company currently have two ISDN trunks that are intented to be used as a backup for one specific team.

The backup ISDN's would be used in an outage of our primary and backup SIP trunks.

During a SIP outage I need to restrict outgoing calls on the ISDN trunks to a specific team that has an extension range of 4200-4299.

Is there are way I can select a route pattern based on that range?

Hello,

you can always use partition routing table to route the calls for these extension via different route table for same ARS table.

CM administration guide should help you with some more info on this feature
