Can anyone explain what the legal E911 requirements are for an Enterprise that supplies PBX / Voice service to an at home worker?
I know states can have their own laws about this, but what does the general federal law require? We have a pilot project for about 50 users to work only from home. We provide an AVAYA deskphone, etc... Just need to know what we "have" to do for E911.
