Is it at all possible for when someone hits 0 to opt out from VM and they are supposed to be redirected to the operator, but they are directed somewhere completely different? We have looked at our call routing multiple times and tested it thoroughly and have not been able to replicate the issue. But it has supposedly happened to one of our employees when they tried calling another employee and when it went to VM, they pressed 0 and it was supposed to opt out to the operator, but instead went to a random VM.
