The feature button that can be assigned to a status lamp to notify the user when minor or major alarms occur.
mj/mn-alrm. This button is commonly put on the attendant console. Minor alarms usually indicate that only a few trunks or a few stations are affected.

If you add a trunk ID button to the console it should show the busy and alarms on that specfic trunk

To enable alarm status on the One-X Attendant console for extensions or trunks in busyout or major alarm states, you typically need to configure Alarm Events and Filters within the Avaya Aura Communication Manager. Ensure that the Attendant console is set up to receive and display these alarms with specific error messages so that operators can promptly address any issues.
