I don't know if I'm on the right forum.
I want to configure PTI dect in WinPDM with this scenario:

If a man is on the ground or that there is no movement of the person the DECT must call a first number if the number does not answer it calls on another number, there would be 5 numbers. Then I would like the DECT to call another number at certain times. The DECT should pick up automatically when the person falls if someone is calling, and also put the phone on speakerphone when someone calls. automatically reset the alarm man down.
No movement alarm after 60 seconds
Indicate location with beep
indicate location with LED

I've already worked out how to call one number in the event of an alarm, but what I can't work out is how to configure the other numbers to be called. For example, if I fall, the first number doesn't pick up, the second number is called, and so on. And also the times to call another number.

For multiple alarm numbers in WinPDM, look into the Alarm Action or Escalation List settings some DECT models let you set call sequences with retries and fallback numbers.

Auto-answer and speakerphone can usually be enabled in Call Settings. Timed calls to different numbers may require help from the alarm or telephony server, not just the handset.
