Is it possible to connect IP Office500 v2 to new ISP apliance

Our office "changed" internet providers months ago and all those months we have being paying double internet, old and new providers ( not cheap). The cause could be they were not able to figure how to do what the title of this post is asking.
The IP Office 500 v2 controller is connected to a switch that has T1 ports; the new appliance has not such kind of ports. only Ethernet ports. Is there a way to route calls other than through a T1 port? and if so how? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So it sound like your old ISP provided you with an adaptor that allowed your system to continue using its existing T1 trunk ports (the adaptor doing T1 trunk to SIP trunk conversion). In theory you could switch to using SIP trunks directly, but you would need to reconfigure your IP500 V2 plus possible add some components (VCM card(s) and SIP trunk channel licenses). There's a lot that would need to be assessed and checked to work out the best direction to go. You really need to talk to a local Avaya IP Office maintainer. To find one:
    1. Visit the Avaya reseller locator page at https://www.avaya.com/en/partner-locator.
    2. Set the Filter option to Small/Medium Business to focus on IP Office resellers.
