Problems with Network Management Console (SNMP, alarms) and other NM applications

We've bought Avaya Enterprise Network Management 5.2. I've installed it and Service Pack 6.
    I've read in documentation:
"You can automatically configure the Communication Manager Release 5.2 to work with the Avaya Network Management Console. All digital and analog phones that work with the Communication Manager Release 5.2 are discovered and displayed in the Avaya Network Management Console console."
Аnd I also saw a screenshot from .ppt presentation with the list of stations, ports and names:

Maybe I loose something, but I cannot get Network Management Console show me such list of phones. I see a list of CLANs, PNs and carriers in every PN. PN4 must be under ESS, but it is shown with PN1, PN2 and PN3.

I've read that Network Management is free from 6 release (without WebLM page). I upgraded my software to Network Management version 6 sp1. But I have no results and it is still so hard to fine-tune it.
I can see the list of phones only on IP Office systems.

I don't see IP Phones (maybe because of firmware).

It's difficult to add G350/G430/G450/G700. I can only add public community (SNMP v1) in CLI. After that I can see this gateways in NMC VoIP System View. I've tried to add v3 user in CLI to v3AdminViewG. Now I can access gateways through web-page with SNMP v3 login and password, but I cannnot get NMC find gateways if I choose v3. I can't add v3 user to Secure Access Administration.

In SUM with my login and password I see Sold to -- Avaya Employee. The program analyzes my hardware and shows latest firmware, but doesn't download new firmwares.

Can I add DECT R3 bases? I've enabled SNMP and added one. But it seems to me that I must add every DECT base, not only the main.

    There are many other problems...

    misconfiguration

Please make sure you’ve set up correctly the following two Features of NMC:
    SNMP: Under File/Options/SNMP Access
    CM credentials: File/Options/CM Server Passwords

These are the necessities for GWs and IP phones detection. For SUM it is essential to have a proper Network discovery first which is based of the previous settings.
For SNMPv3, you have to use Tools/Avaya Secure Access Administrator, if you haven’t done it before. Please check the relevant chapters in the User Guide on the support website:

      Hi bestann,

Did your problem with IP Phones (not seen) got resolved?

What exactly are the other problems that you are seeing with NMC?

      Thanks,

I think that I don't see stations and names because of pin. I have dadmin login. So I must type login, password and pin. But in Network Discovery Wizard there are only two fields for login and password. Should I add special user for every S8xx0 without pin for NMC? What type of login to add?
How can I send e-mail when a minor alarm occur?

P.S. I'll write about other problems.

How can I install stanalone SMON Manager for NM 6?
"You cannot install SMON Manager if you perform the first installation with Network Management 6.0. You can get SMON Manager only if you upgrade to Network Management 6.0 from a previous version."
I have oficial access code. Previously I've installed 5.2 with SP6 and then NM6 with SP1. But one time it stopped working. So I had to uninstall all software and install NM6 with SP2. And I didn't find SMON. I found this quotation in docs, but I don't want to install everything again! I am not shure that it would work without problems.

Now I see all 1608 and 1616 ip-phones as 9620, but is SUM in IP Phones page two G430 instead of phones.

Now we can send email and get TRUNK signaling groups errors using NM (without SMON). And translate the description of errors into Russian language.
How can we change font size? We have LCD motinor on the wall, but the letters are too small.

Did anyone here ever get their issue resolved on discovering IP Phones? I cannot get my NM 6.0 SP 8 to discover an IP phone. No issues with discovering and creating the VoIP View so all is good on passwords and SNMP’s as I am getting alarming events for gateways and LSP’s.
Also, I only get partial data on non IP phones such as I only get ports on only half of the 205 analog endpoints it did find in CM.
CM is 6.2 -20199 latest SP.
