Time off by 7-8 min and can't get it to sync

I'm using 1.pool.ntp.org and i think it's pulling the time correctly from there but there must be a system setting that's making my time slower by 7ish minutes no matter what i try. any suggestions how to trouble shoot this? thanks.

Based on the information provided in the RAG source documents, here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to address the issue of your system's time being off by approximately 7 minutes, even though it seems to be pulling the time correctly from the NTP server:
    1. System Status Application (SSA) Check:
      • Open the System Status Application and go to Resources > Time to verify the result.
      • The polled option should show as OK. If there is a failure, you will need to review your firewall settings, ports, or other potential issues that could be blocking the NTP polling. If the poll fails, the system will not complete synchronization with the Manager PC.
    2. Firewall and Network Check:
      • If the SSA indicates a polling failure, check your network firewall and any other security appliances that might be blocking NTP traffic.
      • Ensure that the necessary ports for NTP (usually UDP port 123) are open and allowing traffic to and from your NTP server.
    3. Manual Time Adjustment:
      • If the automatic synchronization is not working, you may need to manually set the time on the IP500 V2 system to match the correct time.
      • After manually setting the time, monitor the system to see if it maintains the correct time or continues to drift.

Since his other Posts is about a IPO IP500V2 i was guessing it's still a IP500V2

It sounds frustrating to have a time lag like that! Have you checked your system time synchronization settings? Sometimes adjusting the NTP (Network Time Protocol) settings can help.
